Hey all!
So, here's an interesting one.
Not long ago I was given an old, dirty, beat up 22" bass drum with the intention of using it as part of an art installation. Long story short, it turned out to be (what I believe to be) a Sea Green Pearl Slingerland Radio King. (Which, suffice to say, spared it from my installation. I'm a guitar junkie, I figure drum nerdery is just the next step haha...)
Anyhoo... the kit cleaned up VERY nicely save for the lugs and T-rods... The old hardware is tarnished to a dull grey... and the only reason I even thought of it was because I spotted a super-clean set of Radio King hardware on Ebay.
So!!
Any suggestions for getting this ol' hardware sparkling again?
Thanks!
-Michael.
