Replacement lugs for rogers B&B snare drum

Does anyone has any ideas for lugs either domestic or foreign that fit a Rogers Cleveland B&B shell from 1958-60. The hole is 3/16" dia and spaced 1-9/16" or 42.5mm apart center to center. Got any suggestions for a lug , even tube lugs? Thanks , Mike
